I had no luck loading games from an 8gb SDHC card. Forget about it, get an external USB HDD..they can be had cheap.

Borrow one from a friend just to test out. Certain usb devices don't work. Was your flash drive properly formatted to WBFS?

Patriot Signature Flash 16GB SDHC Card, Class 6 FTW!

I use it for everything it's only $30.

Really you need to drop $125 on a 640GB Seagate USB HD. Small, no external power and hella fast.

Yes, i've got the same problem. Both 4gb + 8gb sandisk cards get 'connection lost'. Games work fine through my USB hard disk though (1TB WD Elements). I wonder however, why the heck they don't make external hard disks with 2×USB ports (i can only have it hooked up to my PC or Wii, not both).
