It should work, make sure you are using USB Loader GX v749 or newer and the IOS222 v4, look in my signature for that IOS222. Also, make sure you plug in the mic before you start the game. Maybe there is something wrong with your mic, does it work with other microphone games?

    hi,
I have the exact same problem with SingIt and Sing Star, but am using DVD -R with another CIOS and the Neogamma loader (I tried several revisions of it with no luck).

    I'm on 4.2E.

Will installing Hermes CIOS and IOS222 v4 be OK in that setup, or am I liable to break something?

Also New Super Mario Bros drops back to the menu. Most other titles work fine.

    Thanks in advance.

my u-sing or we-sing both wouldnt pick up the mic until i installed 222 then both were fine. the only thing is make sure you set each game to load of the 222ios and not 249 with the game settings

as for NSMB a usb loader is the easyest way to play it you just need to make sure its a patched game either by youself or pre done before you've d/l it

    hi again,
I loaded up the IOS222 but cannot find where to choose it as a runtime option in Neogamma. Is that because I should be using the USB loader (I prefer not to as I don't have a USB disc I can dedicate for it right now).

done a bit more reading (well a lot more) and found that gamma loader is hardcoded to use IOS249, but "uloader" or USB loader should do it (even with a DVD backup).

Just trying to find uloader to download.....
Found a bit more here (hope it's OK to link to other BBS)

yeah i us usb loader gx and the latest verions load disks. when you click on the disk launch there will be a setting tab and its within that is where you will find the option for 222. the only thing with gx is you will need a sd card to save the likes of the settings on

well uLoader 3.6 did the trick (press 2 for DVD mode). Nice 2010 greeting as well ;-)

Only problem is 90% of the Sing it Sing Star songs are Spanish!

Disney Sing It pop Hits's loads a fair way then seems to hang, so I need to work that out now....
