Load unofficial wads from sd card

I installed wads with wad installer, then move them to the sd card, but they wont load. What do I need to do to get it to work? I am on 4.1U and I have cIOS249.

Or use Triiforce : ) Which has zero-risk of bricking your Wii and does less "wear and tear" damage to your Wii's NAND. Check the bottom guide in my sig for more : )

I have IOS38 R14. How would I do that as an offline install, like from a sd card?

Download the IOS38-3867 wad and place it on the root of your SD card then run cIOS38 rev14 Installer through the HBC.
