Exclamation USB loader GX needs unstubbed cIOS 222 v4 or 249 v9?

    I keep getting this error
    "ERROR!
USB loader GX needs unstubbed cIOS 222 v4 or 249 v9.
    I found
    222 – 36868
    249 – 0
To figure out how to get some cIOS action going on
in your wii and come back too me."

I redid the installation how to on their page (ReadMii (USB Loader GX))
over 100 times and get the same results ...this is the 3rd wii i have softmodded and i never had this issue before..
im on 4.1 now and have everything else in HBC up and running fine, just this one app... I saw there was a issue open for this back on the 13th ( Issue 1196 - usbloader-gui - USB loader GX needs unstubbed cIOS 222 v4 or 249 v9. - Project Hosting on Google Code) but its states that it has been fixed..
tried a few of the latest revisions but get the same error...

anyone know if there is there something I should dbl check or redo?..even though this is my 3rd softmodd I am still kinda new to The Game so its possible i over looking something..
    Thanks for the help!!

    I fixed my issue...
What is was is i some how got a bad IOS249 in there..
I came across this when i was reinstalling cios38rev14 as i thought i didnt have a cIOS on there per the error message..
well during the cios38rev14 process i was watching every line and noticed I was getting a error -1035 in there...so when i looked up that error i found it was a bad IOS i had in there...(249)
so in short this is what I did..
I did part B-C of Dogeggs guide ...

    TLTR
(I got it working by removing IOS249 and reinstalling cios38rev14)
B1) GET THIS PACK(Thanks to Dogeggs, he sure made the trick... this will probably work for anyone) or GET THIS PACK 2 or GET THIS PACK 3 (pick start with the first one, if you get an error pick the next one and follow instructions from B2 and on again. One of this will do the trick without an error. If still nothing, try this)

B2)Format the SD card, with FAT32, place the contents of the included folder in the SD card root. Only files in SD root should be:
    root:\Wad\
    root:\bootmii\
    root:\startup.elf
    root:\boot.dol
    root:\00000001\ <-(if available)

B3)Place the SD card in the wii, start HBC and press home ar the main HBC screen. (If your wii boots to Bootmii, just go to B5)

    B4)Select bootmii and wait.

B5)Wadmanager should start.(On ios select, select ios36, or try a few, 249, 250 dunno,we are scratching our heads with this)!!

B6)Select SD card and press A to continue.

B7)Select ios249 from wad folder and press A

B8)change the action to "uninstall wad", press A

B9)Done!! now to the next step!!

PART C: The installation of our beloved cios38rev14

Now that we deleted the stupid stub, the place is free so thet we can isntall cios!

C1)NOW GET THIS PACK or THIS PACK 2

C2)Format the card with FAT32, download the file above and place the contents of the "Place to SD 2" folder in the SD card. It should only contain the included files:
    root:\ios38-64-v3610.wad
    root:\bootmii\
    root:\startup.elf
    root:\boot.dol
    root:\00000001\ <-(if available)

C3)Place the SD card in the wii, start HBC and press home ar the main HBC screen. (If your wii boots to Bootmii, just go to C5)

    C4)Select bootmii and wait.

C5)cios38rev14 installer should run and give you some options.

C6)At the beginning you should see ios249 highlighted. Keep pressing left on the wii pad until you see "Do not reload IOS" at the ios select screen, press A. (for some reason that neither I nor the other follows here seem to understand, this does not work for everyone. If this fails, try again using 249, 250, 222, 223, 36, 37... and others. Switching to one of these may work for you. be sure to restart your wii after each attempt)

C7)If you have internet connection, select "Network install", else select "SD card", Press A.

C8)Proceed with the installation, and you are done.
    Hopes this helps
and if anyones wondering i did try TBR before going through all this but it did not work ....im up and running now
Credit goes to Dogeggs for the guides

10 thanks? What in the world told you that? Guides here are all available to members in the "Guides" section of the forum. Quote above is from the 4.2 guide, linked below.

Except for the OP's ability to research and solve his own problem, this thread is so full of fail my eyes hurt.
