Talking tried a lot but cant run de blob [pal] [solved]

Problem: can't run de blob [pal] (stays on a black screen with "loading" in the bottom left)

    I'm on 4.1E softmodded with cios38 r14 and usbloader gx 1.5 (d3-2 drive)

I tried several revisions of usbloader gx and CFG usbloader 40, tried to run it with ios 249, 222, 223. With an original disk in the drive and a random dvd and cd in the drive does not make a difference...

should you have a clue how to get this backup running (not prying open the wii to insert a new drive and/or a modchip) please help out.

    Thanks in advance,
    X3N0

Works fine here, although haven't run the game for a while. My setup was probably USB Loader 1.5 too. Did need a disc in drive back in the day I played it and I don't think CDs count as the Wii drive doesn't read them.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

I remember when cIOS38 rev14 was released, that fixed the problem of needing a disc in the Wii for de Blob. Works fine here, make sure you have all the proper IOS's installed, and remove any gamecube controller and gamecube memory card if you have them plugged in, sometimes that will keep certain backup Wii games from booting.
