If preloader wont install neither will priiloader. The link I gave you from the guide have wadmanager on it, I said to replace it with preloader's boot.dol, or try tbr from the other guide to fix ios 36 it might be easier, dop ios should also work, but you said it would not run.

I think priiloader lets you choose an ios at the beginning, so you choose 249 and you dont need ios36 dopped

    Perhaps you just try priiloader.

When I try to get USB Loader GX to start up using Priiloader I get a stack dump every time. Any ideas how to get it to work? I want USB Loader GX to load every time I turn my wii on, since it is the only thing I use my wii for anyway.

Try to install the usbloader GX forwarder into preloader/priiloader, then set autoboot and return to the installed file.

If it still crashes, try to reinstall usbloader gx to your sd-card with the installer.

I tried both of these and I still get

    Exception (DSI) occurred!
GPR00 5477..... and a bunch more numbers and letters I dont wanna type
    Stack Dump:
81022568.... again a bunch of numbers
    Code Dump:
    81022568.....and even more numbers

I used the files you gave me. but I did notice that when I tried to change the "return to" setting it didnt give me the option for "installed file"
