Neogamma R7 GC backup playing in black and white

Hey, i'm having troubles with a backup, its my first gamecube backup so far. It only plays in black and white. I believe it is a PAL game and i have an NTSC wii. I had this problem before with a wii backup, however all I had to do was turn on the 'Patch Video' option to Normal in order to restore color. This does not seem to be helping.

I've managed to get it to play in black and white while Force Video is on the following: Disc, PAL480i, PAL576i, MPAL480i
I've only received sound from when Force Video is set on: Wii
    The following i've gotten no response: NTSC480i, NTSC480p, PAL480p
On MPAL480p i have gotten a weird screen that requires the wii to be shut off.

This is with Patch Video, VIDTV Patch, and Patch Country Str. all set as 'No', can anyone shed some light on what i need to do? Usually i can find out by trial and error but I'm starting to believe that no matter what combination i do it won't work. If this is the case i'd love for someone to stop me before i try them all. =P Also if anyone could take the time to broaden my understanding of each function of these options in Neogamma i'd be very happy. I am using Neogamma V7 with IOS249 Rev 14, and i just recently installed the cMIOS rev3 so give Neogamma the ability to play GC backups. Thank you!

    Cool Kinda the same thing...

Before i tried to do my zelda the wind waker on wiigator .2 but it started going black and white and scrolling before i touched anything. I then looked up that the gamecube backup launcher .1 Xi works better. So now i get a black sreen with sound when I press -A,X,R, I think L, and maybe Y. When I press B for mios patcher the screen goes green then i get an error (not like those number errors). My tv is ntsc and zelda is PAL. All my games work on ntsc. Dragon ball z Budakai Tenchaiichi 3 is the only PAL game other than zelda and it works when the patch is "all" and it is forced ntsc something something (forgot number). I gave you all this info so PLEASE HELP cause i hate having to waste my energy going to CVS to buy more disks (i ran out).I used neogamma R8 rev17 beta 8 for my wii games. SO HELP.

If you own a NTSC console then quit download PAL ISO's. I think you are on your own, if you tried every different setting in the loader and the game still don't play correctly then delete the ISO and get a proper ISO for your region. You notice that there was no reply for the other posts.
