I think the biggest benefit of FAT support is this way you don't have to have a dedicated drive to load your .ISO's from. I can now use the same drive I use to store my movies/music/whatever on. Just unplug from my DMA and plug into the Wii when I want to play games.
That's good to hear somebody taking it another stepp!
But seeing I have all my games already loaded onto my hardrive, I don't think I'm going to switch unless it have better features otherwise..
