First of all you will need to go find out how to install HBC, you NEED HBC, your modchip is only there to play backup discs. HBC is very simple to install and there are many great guides here (avoid youtube vids)
Once HBC is installed you will then put files on an SD card or install a channel to run USB loader, familiarize yourself with the WBFS manager to learn how to install games on a USB HDD or thumb drive.

Can i still use USB loader even though im on 3.4e?? Please point me to which USB loder i can and cant use. I want to be able to run games off a HDD instead of always changing disks.

i have an ok knowledge of hacking the wii and have used wad manager with twilight hack to install ios and the newest cios rev14.

ok im kind of curious after reading this, im assuming by twilight hack your meaning the zelda twilight hack? if so the whole point of that hack was to install hbc on ur wii so im not realy getting what u did with it, secondly what are u running wad manager from then? in my understanding it only runs from hbc unless you installed .wad copy as a channel which you would still need to have run it through hbc to install that channel
