Which Backup Loader to use I have Korean Wii

Is there any possibility to Soft Mod a Korean Wii? It's firmware 3.5, and all I tried didn't succeed. I managed to install BootMii, and when I run it, trough it's interface, and insert a disc, all I get is blinking DVD tray from Wii, and a black screen. Is there some way to run games, trough softmod on Korean Nintendo Wii?

Please help.
