Any help would be greatly appreciated, im running wii firmware 3.1E with cIOS revision 14 and backup launcher. I burnt a copy of this game using a bulkpaq disc (minus). The game worked fine now I am using a Maxell (minus) disc and the game freezes on the controller warning screen.
Is it the discs im using??? Ive burnt a copy (on Maxell) at x2 but I still get the freezing??
I had similar problem (Ghostbusters NTSC). If you read around, there is a semi workaround - eject the disk before the screen freezes. Then put it back after 10 seconds. It does work, except you have to try a few times. The best solution is to put the game on hard disk and then it plays every single time.
I tried the game with a different type of media, I was using Ritek F1 dye with the Maxell's I used a Datawrite, think it was CMC dye and it worked no problems. Thought I would let peolple know as this is the first game I have had trouble with the actual problem being the discs!!
