I need help badly, can't run CIOS36/WAD batch installer trough Homebrew Channel?

I have followed the Wii Softmodding for dummies, and did everything as in the guide, and I've came to the point, to enter to the homebrew channel, when I press start on it, it just reloads the Start screen, and nothing works. I installed everything as in the guide but still doesn't help, what to do ???
It just keeps me going back, and I can't install CIOS36 and WAD batch, I manage to install it manually, but it won't run any games at all...

What to do help someone

what's ur wii version, now?
i heard that (may be wrong, correct me pls):
--Wad batch is not a bright tool for dummies.
--cios36 be affected at 4.2x.
--since 4.2x Release, there're not many Installation Guide for Dummies on-air.

Wait, could the problem be in the fact that my Wii is Korean? It's version 3.5 firmware though, and I manage to install BootMii, but when I run bootmi, just the DVD tray from wii blinks, and it doesnt want to run a game or anything. Is there some way for softmod for Korean Wii. Or I have to do a modchip in order to run it?
Any help is appreaciated !
