Nope. I also did the whole cIOS-Installing again (restored my nand-image and so on) - the problem still exists. Additionally I tried with uLoader v3.1, the problem remains - the Loading Screen comes up, and nothing happens. WiiFlow Stack dumps and USB Loader tells me, that it is loading - but nothing happens.

Here's another post in a different forum about this same thing (exact same issue I'm having)

USB Loader GX Problem (Not Loading) - WiiNewz - Nintendo Wii Modchip & Hacking Community

His last post says that it got fixed by reinstalling rev 14 at a different spot....

my usbloader wasnt playing any of mine newly backed up games but would with my other that were already backed up, i posted this on gbatemp and got this reply:

''Sorry for the long wait guys. I went over to the google code page and submittied it as an issue. But then I couldn't wait any longer so I went to the IRC channel and asked for help there. They were kind enough to assist me and eventually found out it was a bug with the latest release of the application.

Apparently, any new game that was backed up with that version (r787) would not be playable on any loader. It could still perfectly play previous backups. The issue was with the ripping, not the playing. They suggested I downgrade to r785 and voila! The problem was solved.

I just went over to the source page now and they've updated to r792 so they've probably addressed it by now.''

I just tried r792 and backed up a game and it still has the black screen so i suggest you install r785, this seems to be working ok.

Noob here. I can confirm that last entry...I hadn't seen the post until just now. I tried early to revert from USB Loader 792 to 787, no luck. 785 did the trick for me. Now loading ok (to be safe I reimported the 3 games I was having issues with.

    Thumbs up Fixed the problem

Had the same problem (i.e. black screen when loading a game). Changed the loader from 1.0 to 785. Fixed the problem.

    Thanks.

I can confirm that this worked for me as well. 3.4U.
Was using r792 and changed to r785.

I did have to redo my hard drive though before it would read the games.

I think a new revision just came out - r793. I will try it and report what happens.

OK - just tried the new revision (r793). It did not work for me. black screen
went back to r785 and works fine again.

I was having the same issue. r793 worked for me. Just redid WiiPlay and WiiFit and they both now work.

    I can confirm this!

    My Wii is 4.2E

At r787 of USB Loader GX, my games ripped from DVD to my HDD (WD My Passport 320GB Essential) did not load anymore; always black screen! No matter whatever I did.
But the games ripped at my friend's Wii (old USB Loader Gx) loaded up okay on my Wii!

Upgrading to r799 did not work. So I downgraded to r785 as suggested by wiileet [THANKS!], deleted all recently installed games and ripped the games again from DVD to HDD. All games recently installed (7 games so far) loaded okay and smoothly with all supports!

So, I think the additional support to WBFS drives in r787 of USB Loader Gx f*ck*d [SORRY] up the ripped games.

Also, my older games (14 games) ripped by lower versions of USB Loader gx did load up okay on newest USB Loader Gx. Thus somehow the right code for ripping DVD to HDD must be decayed from r787+.

Now I am using USB Loader Gx r785 without problems.

    Cheers!
