Wii Backup Launcher Gamma Channel 0.3

Hello everyone!

I updated my wii to 4.2U accidently and now when I open my Backup Launcher Gamma Channel 0.3 the screen stay black and the channel won't start.

Thank you for your help everybody! Please help I wanna play GH:M

Q: Do you re-installed the Homebrew Channel?
A: Yes, the lastest version.

Q: Do you have WiiWare games installed?
A: Yes, about 5.

Reinstall cios249 and then install cios38 rev14. Also get rid of gamma as thats way outdated and get neogamma r7. When you upgraded your firmware, theres a good possibility the update removed some of your homebrew stuff. Simply reinstall like I said above.

I tryed what you just told me and when I try to launch WAD Manager to install cIOS 249 the screen is black and nothing is shown. Same thing for cIOS38 rev 14 installer (SD:/Apps) and I took neogamma r7 in WAD so it's same as WAD Manager

Hmmm. look on this site for the 4.2 update and post your question in there. I know you shouldnt have updated to 4.2 as that firmware can easily brick your wii. Ask in there is its possible to downgrade, and if so, ask how. Dont just go and downgrade without getting a very good answer or else you might end up deeper. I will say this though... you didnt brick the console, so just hang tight till you get that answer.

Heh, I've bin working with homebrew for about a month, and I can't seem to find WAD installer (again, it's one hard program to find), any specific ways to search for it?

dont feel like ur the only one with this problem ... same thing happen to me and i cant seem to find a fix , i have the homebrew channel and thats all , i cant run cios or even neogamma r7 ( wont read my games ) so if you find a fix let me know and ill do the same good luck
