    that was an optimistic view

but I'd rather play subspace emissary

    seriously

I'm getting the same exact errors as everyone else

I'll try Stomp 442's method of the fix and report back

    Cool SSBB Still not Working

    Hi all and you experts.

    I've installed the ios249 patched to 4.1u
Played many games with Neogamma Loader on usb HD with WBFS

SSBB is the only one not working. It Loads But as soon as it have to play a Video (movie) it crashes with the green screen error.

So I red and istalled Hermes ios222/223, Installed Loader GX Tried to load either with ios 222 and 223 and the game crashes at the same place. Also please note that When you try to load a video on root menu of SSBB game same thing happens.

THE GAME WAS RIPPED OF A DVD-ROM drive on a computer with friidump so the image should be ok.

Any suggestions.......... I Can still play with the original DVD but I wisj I could Dump the DVD case.

Regars and TY for your help

Ok Yall i got it to work

ok here is how i did it:
make sure you have cios 222 installed!!!!!

    1) download anytitledeletermod VERSION 6B!!! 6B DAMMIT!!! NOT 6, 6 B!!!

    2) download cios38 rev17 installer (cios 38 rev 17 is out - GBAtemp.net)

3)copy to sd card for hbc (duh)

    4) boot anytitledeletermod and load onto ios 222 (ignore errors (thats what i did) (ps: i also tried to delete IOS36, but i dont think that went through)

5)delete iso249 then return to hbc

    6) install cios rev 17

    7) play ssbb subspace emissary!!!

    http://www.wiihacks.com/general-home...nightmare.html

i personally did not need to install the anytitledeletermod.

no need to delete anything.. everything will be overwriten.

I am able to play ssbb super smash bros without any hang-ups on all games and options.
all my other games work perfectly. no hangups.

Same problem as everyone else. Had ripped an original disk to HDD using USB Loader GX.

Tried installing latest IOS222/223 but then got a black screen instead of error message. Decided to install cIOS38 rev 17 (full WAD install) to overwrite old cIOS (rev 14). Tried game but still black screen. Deleted game from HDD and re-ripped using GX, and voila!!

Maybe game wasn't ripped correctly the first time around due to rev 14 cIOS not reading the layer break correctly.

The first time I ripped the game using GX and rev 14 it reported the size as 7.6GB. When I re-ripped using GX and rev 17, it reported the size as 6.75GB.

thanks for the info. I followed the steps. installed cios38 v17, said successfull. In wiiflow or uloader start game with cios222 and it still goes to black screen after kirby fight. what am I missing? everything else is working beautifully. thanks for all the tips here. I got the game from backup iso. I will try to rip the DVD to hdd via uloader and see if that works next.
