I have no doubt it will improve the issues...

Make sure you are running the right cIOS (Rev14) seems to work very well.

Thanks, I have cIOS rev14.. Also loaded cios222 and 223 today to try that. got the usb loader cfg and neo gamma 7, Ios 38 53 and 55.

Wacky world of sport now appears to start, no DVD error, but just goes to a black screen...

Dont seem to be getting very far with this.. Also tried formatting my USB stick and re loading the games to it.

Don't Give up Yet, try some other games, if you have any retail disks try loading them onto hard drive using The Loader & the Wii to read the disk.
I have found Retail disks can be done this way without a problem. using the Loader just press the + button and insert the game disk into the Wii, it will ID the disk, then press A, it will scrub the disk as it loads it onto hard drive.

Also make sure you use WBFS Manager to transfer any iso images on your PC to your hard drive, I found that this seems to be better than using the Wii to read any back-up DVDR disks, I attempted to transfer a DVDR back-up of Grand Slam Tennis (PAL) version off the DVDR to the hard drive using the Wii to read the disk, It would Not read the disk properly...So...

Then I used WBFS Manager to Transfer the GST iso from the PC to Hard Drive and... BINGO, GS Tennis works a treat. same goes for Tiger Woods 10, Ghostbusters, etc

I guess you already have WBFS Manager installed on PC, if not go here:

WBFS Manager - Release: WBFS Manager 3.0

It maybe something else that is causing the problems for you, however I am no expert, I am running 3.2 Firmware and am unwilling to change this unless the time comes when nothing works on this. I hacked my Wii when it was a fairly lengthy tricky process, and maybe I have a hack installed that you have not got. Because you are getting a black screen it usually means there is something the game needs to run that you have not got installed.

I don't know, but maybe that the game you tried is an IOS reloading game, but you need to try some other games first to see what happens

I know that you will get the help you need from the people on here that no a whole lot more than I do, and I will stand corrected if I am wrong.

Other games are working fine, Ashes Cricket and Sports Island 2 for example.. I am using WBFS Manager to transfer the files.

I am also on V3.2e and hacked the wii via the Twilight Hack method so think I should have all required files loaded... Am beggining to thing the ISO for wacky world of sports is a bit dodgy for some reason.

It is likely the game, it could be its one of the games that you would need to upgrade to 4.1 homebrew firmware before it worked. Apparently their are a few games that will only work on Homebrew 4.1.
I have been told that 3.2 is no longer the best firmware to be running, because the process of upgrading to Homebrew 4.1 brings the addition of a new IOS File.
Personally if other Games are working I would not risk messing about with the firmware, I have seen 2 PAL Wii's with different serial numbers do entirely different things with the exact same hacks loaded, so I am of the belief that you have to find the best set-up for your Particular Wii, and always expect the odd game to not work.
I think Trade off is the right expression.
The loaders are constantly evolving so I think the best plan is to wait it out and if it becomes necessary to upgrade firmware in the future than so be it, but until then don't upset the balance you have already, unless you have a ton of games that don't work.

Did you download Wacky World of Sports? Sometimes you may get a bad download or the ISO may be a bad dump or corrupted. Don't install downloaded ISO's from a burned disc, install them with WBFS manager. Most of my games are installed from retail discs, out of the few downloads I did manage to get, some of them just didn't work. I didn't try to figure out why, I just deleted them.

Question for the savvy, I am currently only using USBLoader GX r807 and USBLoaderCFG_NForwarder-UCXF-Channel_v16. I tried to download some covers for the games I have on GX and it went immediately to a stack dump error. I had tried previous to download covers with CFG with zero errors but now when I try and load the channel it just reboots to the system menu. Anyone have this happen to them and know why it does this?

So I just re-installed the wad for CFG and it works again. I also used it to download the covers. Good to go now.

Trying to install the WAD with WAD-manager

Select IOS version to use <IOS249>

Is this what I want to use?
