Have you tried searching the forums at all?
Did you even take a minute to look in the tutorial section?
These are questions, you should ask yourself before posting a question that has been answered many times.

Yes NeoGamma can load via usb but you could try using USB Loader GX. To add a game to your drive you plug it in to your computer and use wbfs manager and load isos. As for best USB Device there is a place with the USB Compatibilty list. Use Google. Just thought i'd give you a few tips, hope this helps.

Also if you dont have a cIOS

I think WBFS Manager allows you to make channels that boot the game from your hard drive with the right settings etc.

After playing around with WBFS Manager 3.0 you can create a channel that forwards to your loader and auto starts the game. The channel will display the image, sound and banner of the actual disc if you were to load it through the disc channel. However you need a common-key.bin file and a blank wad file to do this. It works well (for me anyways). If you need help check the discussion at the WBFS site. Also since the wad is forwarding to a .dol file on the SD card make sure your SD card is in your Wii
