Does this only work for Oneup's MPT

The layerbreak on the fix is the same as posted before; 2084960

Umaza is correct, that file is just a file with the preset settings so it can burn properly. Its the samething is setting the layerbreak manually. It's basically just a .dvd file made using notepad with the following

    Code:
    LayerBreak=2084960
    Metroid Prime Trilogy USA.iso

    help

Ok so i have MPT installed on my external hard drive and everytime I launch it with USB LOADER GX it will run, but when i select either 1,2,3 it reboots the wii back to the wii menu.

I downloaded them DOL files and renamed them to R3*** whatever its supposed to be named to to play the correct version of MP.

When I launch it with the DOL selected I just get a black screen.

Can someone post a guide on how to play MPT using USB LOADER GX??

It is possible or is this a game that needs to be burned to a dual layer dvd?

    Thanks in advance....

Have you made a save file by running it without the alt. dol file on already?

Try different versions of the usb loader or use NeoGamma. It also could be a missing IOS.

? about the rename of the mpt
i have windows vista in vista when you copy files over to a sd card or what ever it will ask you to replace or keep both files will that help with the all ways renaming?

it will look like this in your sd card but witch one is what
    R3ME01.dol
    R3ME01.dol
    R3ME01.dol

can we put them in its own folder like this
    DOL/mpt1/R3ME01.dol
    DOL/mtp2/R3ME01.dol
    DOL/mtp3/R3ME01.dol

if this works at lest we dont have to rename it we justhave to swich them
let me know if this idea works

and last what about the mp2 online?

Online play is not affected but you could follow the easy way like i said and load the dol from the disc it self then browse for the dols

    1) Insert the Disc and launch NeoGamma R7/USB Loader and launch game without alt. dol and create a save file

    2) Turn the 002 Fix and alt. dol on and select the .dol from discs, if you want to play a game, you select its .dol so:
    a) rs5mp1_p.dol = Metroid Prime 1
    b) rs5mp2_p.dol = Metroid Prime 2
    c) rs5mp3_p.dol = Metroid Prime 3

    3) Select the .dol for the game you want to play, the game will launch directly and will not load the trilogy menu.

I haven't had any problems yet. I have played the first metroid prime and that is it though.
