Wii keeps restarting after clickin start any installed channel

Hi, i have this serious problem since yesterday. When ever i try to launch a channel in the main menu the wii restarts. Actually, I got a little trigger happy with the AnyTitleDeleter and i deleted the ios 35,36,37,38 and 249. My HBC went out so i reinstalled. It installed on ios 34.

Thats when the problem started. Now when i installed the Backup Launcher gamma 0.3 and Neogamma R7 by wad manager their icons appear in the main menu but on launching and pressing the Launch button the Wii restarts. (I have also installed cIOS 38 rev 14 via network before installing the Apps mentioned above.

Then i did some reading and found out that HBC apps require ios36 so i installed IOS 36 and 37 as well. I reinstalled the cIOS249 with ios38 rev 14. But still no luck

Can anyone advice me what to do to get the Channels working.

N.B. The .dol versions of the launchers are working perfectly.

Why on earth would you uninstall any IOS under 200? That's like indiscriminately removing key windows files and expecting it to work afterwards.

Why didn't you install IOS35 as well? You already did 36 and 37.

Do not confuse IOS38 with cIOS38, they are very different. You'll also need to put a proper IOS38.

You are very lucky indeed to have a semi-working system, we've seen people having to replace their Wiis after doing silly things like this.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

    Hi all,

Ok now i will try something.
    First i will remove the cIOS249, 250
Next i will install ios 38 wit original IOS38.wad
This should bring back the lost IOS38 i guess. (correct me if i m wrong)
Then update it with rev14. by choosing IOS38 and doing wad installation.

Then install the channels and see if they work.

    Lets hope for the best.
    Any advice is appreciated

Well seeing as you deleted them and things topped working I thought it the best course of action to put them back on.

Don't forget that IOS38 comes packaged with the cIOS update and this is different from the Nintendo IOS you need. Have a look in my mediafire, IOS folder for Nintendo IOS http://www.mediafire.com/tealc99s

I usually pick IOS249 to install anything as that's the default and it works for me.

The first one is an archive for all 3 IOS, 38, 53 and 55 to save downloading 3 separate files.

Man, I don't think you even understand how unbelievably irrational (I want to say more harsh words,no offence) you did and how lucky you are that your wii works again... LOL for you...

Don't you ever uninstall an IOS with number lower than 200, or you might not get lucky again...

I got all sweaty just reading what you did...
