Which version of USB Loader GX (as channel) works with 38rev14 ?

Can you please tell me which one do I have to download?:

    USB_Loader_GX-ULNR-r620.wad
    USB_Loader_GX-ULNR-r628.wad
    USB_Loader_GX-ULNR-r688.wad

I tried with r688 and I 'm getting lots of exception errors.

Should I try via SD Card (HBC) ?

    Thanks.

    http://www.techjawa.com/usbloadergx/ULNR.file

enter that address into the address bar and save it.. then rename the file to 'ULNR.wad' instead of '.file'

is newest and works fine on my wii with 38 14

Why dont you just find a forwarder wad? That way you don't need to keep uninstalling and installing new versions.

forwarder forces you to have a SD card inserted in your wii all the time. I have a single SD card with all the utilities to install .wad, update IOS, etc.

I have a 4 year old son, who could mess around with the homebrew channel, IOS, and brick the Console.

Having the channel, I don't need the SD card anymore, and also it is easy for my child to start USB Loader and run games.

sociallyantisocial, that sounds nice, I'll give it a try. Do you mean that you can create a channel for direct access (Channel -> USB Drive) without using USB Loader ?

The way it works is you need a common-key.bin file (easy to get just google it), a blank .wad file (also easy to get sometimes found together). You go in to WBFS manager go to settings and point to the directories these 2 files are in. down near the bottom of the setting screen is an option to choose what loaders dol will be incorporated in to the wad. After you select that your good to go to make channels of your backups.

WBFS manager cannot make channels with a 002 fix so if you have a game that needs it (i.e. Wii sports resort) try to find WiiKrazy's program called Crap.
