Splatacus09 you are a legend (even if some will say its said already .. etc!)

By the way, your instructions works for R7 too

I can see some are asking for the Black screen which goes back to the Wii menu, just make sure you are following Splatacus09 instructions - I had the same exact error and after I did the alternative dol trick .. all worked!

Did You manage to get Wii Sport Resort working using cios 38 r 14, I am confused by this as I am on cios r13a and neogamma r6, it works on this as you said, and I was thinking about upgrading to the one you run cios38r14, but seems pointless now, have you tried any other games besides Wii Sports Resort on this setup?

Use another tipe of dvds, it does not need to be dvd-, and to the other things. If it doesnt work i recomend using neogamma r6 and cios rev 13b installed and do the other things, that should work on any tipe of wii.

Forgot to mention, Verbatim dvds always work with any tipe of game

If you have Neogamma R6, IOS 249, and Rev13a (Kindly supplied in the UBER Guide) you are already set for this process. There are some usefull posts around (Appologies if i am repeating what others have posted). Just do the following:

Keep your Sd card in the Wii

Goto Neogamma Backup Launcher and start the game, when the screen appears black hold the 1 button on the wii remote. This takes you to the Neogamma menu. Goto CONFIG OPTIONS and set 002 Fix to YES. Set Altern.dol to DISC, and Set Save Config to YES. Now return to Neogamma menu and at the top click on start game.

*Important* - After you have clicked start the game some white writing will appear on a black screen, keep clicking right on the D Pad of your remote and you will see that there are 2 options in the white writing. Click along to Player.dol and select with A. The video for Motion Plus will now play, be patient it is 3 minutes long but you will only have to view it once. When you have viewed the video press A and it will kick you back to the wii menu.

Go into the backup launcher again and click start. Hold 1 button and go into config options again, make sure now that you change the Altern.dol to NO. Exit to the Neogamma menu and click start game again - That is it!

You dont have to do anything again as config settings will be kept on the Sd Card so dont wipe off. Start game with backup launcher and the game will load automaticaly every time...

Patch the game to the tipe of cios your using. If you did and still did not work update your cios to 13b.

I have Cios 38 r14 and NeoGamma R7 (ie: the newest softmod guide by dogeggs). Would I use the same settings or is there a different way? The .iso is on my USB HDD. I assume the other .dol goes on the SD card?
