No solution yet. If you find anything, let me know. I will be working on it some tonight.

I just redid the entire thing from scratch.. and the same outcome. Only this time I didn't get to edit the hack.ini file. Something tells me we both enabled something we shouldn't have. And it's stuck in an infinite loop. Cause I found out if you put a game into the drive it will launch the game. I'm pretty sure it's just stuck searching for a game. I think there was an autoboot game call in that hack.ini. I'm going to try deleting the hack.ini file and forcing it out of the loop. Then hopefully redoing the settings. I don't understand how it remembered the settings when I downgraded to 3.2 and redid all the files again though.

restart the wii and press and hold the restart button on the bootup to get the preloader screen.

Disable all the hacks settings. Let me know if it boots up after that. I just read in a nother post, that someone shut them all off and it worked.

Alright. Held restart, disabled all the hacks. Except update from discs and force ios60. And it starts right up like there wasn't a problem
    Thanks.

This also worked for me. When I have more time, I'll go through each hack option and find out which one is causing the problem.
