    this is exactly what i did and had no problems at all

    i assume that everyone has at least installed Homebrew and so can handle installing loaders and wads

    my Wii has the Zelda mod and i downgraded it to version 3.2E many moons ago

    it plays everything i throw at it................ (so far,fingers crossed,touch wood blah,blah,blah,etc.etc)

    strange
    i brought my game
    so it's the correct region for me, PAL
    and i tried to play it off usb-HDD and it caused the Green screen
    using Ultimate Loader

    Tried USBLoader GX, with on 002 fix on
    And now it gives me a Black screen
    using cIOS36

    ok i got mine going
    i'm on 3.1u
    cIOS38 Rev 13
    USBLoader GX, with on 002 fix on

    strange my Ultimate Loader doesn't work anymore
    it loads but the wii remote mustn't be recognised
    because i can't do anything anymore

    Me too, I rented a game from the video store and installed it to my HD and got the green screen, this was not an out of region game. I just applied the 002 fix with my usbloader and that fixed the problem.

    2 Quick Questions

    Thanks to all on this great thread.

    2 Quick Questions.
    I have HBC installed and the Gamma Backup Launcher, plays most games, but get a green screen on some (Indy, Sims Racing, Ghostbusters...)...

    1)In the HBC all I see are the bubbles, how do I get the installer on it ??
    2) I do not have a Wad Manager in HBC (like I said its empty), or a Wad Manager channel.

    Should I install the CIOS38_rev13 and the NeoGamma R4, from the SD menu in the wii options, like when I installed the HBC ? or is there a way, like you mention to install them from HBC ?
    Thanks
