Indiana Jones and The Staff of Kings won't boot

I'm having trouble with Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings. I installed it in my Hard Drive using USB Loader GX (Rev469). Every time to run this game I either get a code dump or a blank screen. I tried using Waninkoko's USB Loader v1.5 and all I get is a green screen. I'm going to try to make a backup and see if Gamma can launch it... anyone else have this issue or know a fix? Thanks!

Update: Tried to launch a backup (Verbatim DVD-R) using NeoGamma (Via Dogeggs' New 3.1-3.4 Downgrade Tutorial) and all I get is a green screen much like Waninkoko's USB Loader ver1.5. I tried updating USB Loader to revision 479 and still the same black/blank screen result... I'm currently running 3.2U, CIOS Rev13b, I'm not sure if there's any other information needed to help me fix my problem...

Update: Got it working. Installed Rev13 over Rev13b. Used 002 Game Fix option for USB Loader GX. Works perfectly

I'm not sure about running backups as I strictly play off my External Hard Drive.

Could you describe your settings for the game... I've installed Rev 13 like you and used 002 Game Fix and I'm still getting green screen

    Here is my setup.

    Wii - 3.2U
USB Loader GX - Revision 487
cIOS38Rev13 (NOT to be confused with cIOS38Rev13b)
    I also have Ocarina OFF

I boot to the Homebrew Channel first and then launch USB Loader GX. I choose the game from the list and click on "Settings" and Enable the "002" Game Fix. It takes a while to boot (Maybe 15-20 seconds) but it comes up after a while. Did you use the link in my post to get Rev13?

My Wii is 3.2E + HBC

i got it working (eventually) i downgraded to rev13 from 13b and installed neogamma launcher in my HBC and that seems to work, everything else gave me a 002 error or a green screen.

EDIT: shame the game is a bit naff, at least fate of atlantis is included.

its due to the new 002 fix in cios38 rev13b, rev13a works fine with neogamma, the loader has to have new code to bypass 002 now, the only loader i know of that has this is neogamma, possibly softchip as well not sure as i will never use softchip again, pretty sure it screwed things up for me. burger island and mysims racing has this as well both boot fine with rev13a, haven't tried indy yet, but will soon. hopefully a rev14 will fix this completely

sorry to hijack this thread, but does rev13 support rockband instruments?
that's the only thing stopping me from going there......
(btw i get green screen using 3.2 gamma loader (and also the one with the 002 fix)
    TIA

    ** update **
I updated to rev 13a, and used neogamma r3 in channel mode and Indy works now
but.... no rockband instruments..... (still trying hard-any help would be appreciated)
    ** update **
I got the instruments to work with USBloader 1.9 using CIOS 223!!! (hard drive required!)
    yay!
