Just to let you know the error I was getting was due to my cios36_rev10. I saw on another post on the forum someone had done that as they had a corrupted copy of this so I tried it and wah hey they are working now !!!
I have used the exact same discs so I know 110% it was the cios36_rev10 I had that was causing the problem as I haven't changed anything else.
Thanks for you reply and advice.
I've seen a few posts about errors in Neogamma and most I've read have been due to cios not being correctly loaded. Just proves the search function is priceless !!

I'm having the same problem. Tried everything an the "Error 721" is still there. The thing is that some discs work just fine and some are not working. In fact, one of the games was working just fine, till yesterday. Now it shows the Error 721 message.
i'm having the same problem, except NONE of my games are working...turned wii off one night and when i turned it on again in the morning all my games say "error 721" i tried reinstalling cIOSrev13a/b but still no joy.

Verbatim DVD-R are not working?? try burning them in 2.4x or even 1x if possible.. I did not think it matters but I tried myself and had no problem, whereas other DVDs did not function
i still don't know what happened but now it works again, i installed rev14 then back to 13a and cleaned my laser (thanks Dogeggs) ... not sure which sorted it but as i said all back to working order.
Thanks to everyone here for their time and help!

I had the same problem with PGA tour 10 that I had just burnt. I had created ISO with ImgBurn on 4X but had used DVD+R and it gave me Error 721. The image that I'd made with CloneDVD gave ERR 932. I have found ImgBurn more reliable. The Official ImgBurn Website
