Can't load a game or install a game with USB Loaders (all of them)

I've followed a guide to softmod any wii here on this forum and I'm having some trouble with the USB Loaders, I can't even get a game to load on it and I can't install a game.

What happens when installing a game it hangs up while installing and does nothing.

I've used the app Clean rip to get an ISO of my game Super Mario Galaxy and I used Wii Backup Manager to get the game on a flash drive which is a 16GB Sandisk Cruzer, the loaders sees the game as being there but when I load it the screen goes black and the wii mote de syncs I'm confused here a lot and I'm starting to get fustrated on what it is and trying to figure it out.

Anyways here is a System report

    Spoiler

Hopefully someone can please help me... I've been trying this for the last three days and no luck.

Why don't you use USB Loader GX or CFG USB Loader to rip the game? Your SysCheck looks good other than having HBC V1.1.2; that's meant for vWii and our guide if followed has you install V1.1.0

What is there option for ripping in those loader and not installing? or is it just installing?
And I got the up to date HBC becuase I figured being up to date would be good... But I'll install the older version and see what I get.

Installing is "ripping". It will take the contents of the DVD and install it to the hard drive, in the format and location it needs to be to work. Exactly what you're trying to do with CleanRIP and Wii Backup Manager, but leaving out the middle-man. Data goes right from the game disk to the hard drive in one step.

Can you post an updated syscheck? What versions of CFG and GX are you trying to use?

Alright, I'm using USB Loader GX Version 3.0 r1209 and CFG usb loader version 70r51

I did get one game to install and play with WiiFlow which was Candace Kane's: Candy Factory (Its just a random game I found at a yard sale :P)
it works fine so far, but I can't get any other games to install, beginning to wonder if the disk has to be perfectly spotless or something.

    Here is the report,

Disk would have to be 100% readable using either method. It sometimes helps to get the disks cleaned/polished and the DVD reader inside the Wii cleaned.

I'm trying now that I've cleaned the disk and so for so good, and I also want to throw this out there is it better to use a External Hard drive over a USB Flash drive?

Hard Drives will have faster read rates and the obvious larger storage capacity than Flash drives.

I believe all of the staff use hard drives to USB load their games. I use a 1.5 TB drive.
