    Disck_SetUSB failed help

Hello, I'm new to this forum and a complete noob when it comes to wii softmodding, so please explain every step very specifically if you would like to help. I tried to put a game on my NTSF formated thumb drive (call of duty: black ops) and the game is in wbfs format in 2 parts. I plugged it in and the settings are:

    Language: Engglish
    DOL: main.dol
    Ocarina: default
    Cheat Codes: Select
    Patch country strings: off
    Error 002 fix: default
    Vipatch: off
    IOS: off
    Block IOS reload: off
    Patch Video modes: all
    Video mode: defaul
    Hook type: VBI
    Disable DVD Patch: Default
    Disable return to: Default

    Wiiflow v.2.2 r304 IOS 249 rev17, base IOS-1

Any help would be greately appreciated!!!

    Update your cios's to D2x v8 , Cios 249 rev17 is old.
Go here to update.link->D2x Cios Installation Guide.
This will explain how to install those wads.

Also have a look here for the Guide to that game.Call Of Duty Black Op's Guide.

Also , you should post a system check ....as I believe your mod is out dated.Link->How To Post A System Check.

Your system check looks fine, other then your cios's being outdated.

Sorry about that, I'll fix that in a couple of minutes.
Do this, Download These wads.Link->D2x V8 Wads.
    1. Extract those wads to your wad folder on the sd card.
2.Use Wiimod, wadmanager 1.7 or MMM to install, Remember to reload to ios 236 or 36 to install those wads.
Once finish back out and you will be done.

EDIT:I fixed the link , if you rather do it that way,

It's no problem. Thanks for fixing the link so quickly! I decided to use Wii mod v3.0.
1.Which wad do I install (or all)? )
    2. What do I do to reload IOS 236/36?
    3. To make sure, I reload before I install the wads, right?
    4. After I reload, I just leave it reloaded and install the wads?
Sorry for so many questions, I read this step can brick your wii if done improperly!

Select Change Ios and select 236 or 36.
You are going to want to install them all.
Now go up to Wad manager, then select Wii SD Slot.
Now go down to each one of the wads and press the + button on the wimote until all of them have a + sign next to them.
Now you can press the A button to install them all at once.
Once done exit and your done.
