    Dios Mios and Gamecube Backups

    Hello.
I've recently been trying to get Dios Mios to work using a couple gamecube games i copied over to my computer (super mario sunshine and wind waker). I'm able to successfully run them using USB Loader GX and DIOS MIOS 2.4, but for whatever reason, there seems to be issues involving the games, usually partaking during cut scenes or parts where the game has to load a new area / level. (example: 2nd cut scene in sunshine, when i die.) and wind waker (cant even load a file). these result in a black screen.
It is somewhat frustrating to have thought i finally got this working, and now it isn't. I believe i did everything correctly, but help would be appreciated. I can provide any information needed, but my wii is on 4.3u and my syscheck:

I think your Hard Drive is not compatible/has gone bad. Try a new HDD or a Pendrive.

I'm not entirely sure if that's the case. I've redone it correctly from what i understand, and it still does the same thing. it tells me the disc has encountered an error and to read the operations manual after reaching certain parts of games. I'm using a partritioned hard drive though, with wii games on one part and gamecube on the other. I made sure the gamecube one is primary with 32kb cluster size fat32 and i ran the game iso / roms through the program thingy and also tried installing it through discs i had.
