Smile USB Loader GX crashes when loading through forwarder/Homebrew Channel.

    Hello everyone.

Up until recently, I'd been using USB Loader to play my backup games. It was working flawlessly... until now.

I have no idea what has changed since then, but I did nothing. I'm using the same SD card, the same Wii, and I haven't installed
anything that would cause USB Loader to crash. Well, I even tried to replace to existing "installation" with a new one. I deleted everything
and replaced it with a new .dol file, and it still wouldn't work. I thought it was some ".cfg" file issue, but apparently it wasn't.

(Also, my Wii came "softmodded" already. I thought this may be an important piece of info.)

I'm including two photos taken with my cell phone.

    Thanks in advance!

    P.S
I've got a PAL, blue ("Olympics Edition"? - no GameCube support, anyway) Wii.

That error, crash, code dump, or whatever you want to call it. Is usually caused by not having the latest cIOS and the latest version of the app.

I would suggest following the softmod any Wii guide in the spoiler below. I know your probably like "but my Wii is already softmodded"
But if you start the guide from softmods with homebrew installed, you will end up with everything up to date. And this should solve your issue and future issues.

    Thanks, guys.

Well, something "weird" (?) happened. In the last month or so, I used to download all sorts of apps to use in my Homebrew Channel, and some of them were used to try and install the latest cIOS, and it seems it was installed on the IOS 249 slot (?). I opened up Multimod Manager, and switched the used IOS to the one in the 249 slot, and suddenly USB Loader GX returned to life!

Anyway, there're some channels which are installed for no on mreason y Wii, as they are apparently corrupt. For example, the old "USB Loader" which came with my Wii, SNES emulator (SNES9GX?) channel, and WiiFlow. Why is that? How can I fix that? Or at the very least, reinstall/delete those channels?

    Here is my report.

    Spoiler

system check looks fine. use the wii management option little gear icon on the main Wii screen to delete those unwanted channels.
