Even if you create the "RR Army" you must choose wisely as who belongs in there and who doesnt.

Yes I get the joke. From a certain show a long time ago
Come to the Irc room to get help or just have fun

Motivation alone is not enough. If you have an idiot and you motivate him, now you have a motivated idiot.

Well the way I see it, we have a lot of human resourses potential to expand the forum and evolve it even more. As a proof we have a lot of decent members who are responsible enough to help.... The problem is we cannot cooperate the way we need to in order to achieve something more. If we did sth like an increased responsibility member, it would very soon get out of hand

i dont think any MOD would have a problem with receiving a PM witha genuine concern with regards to a post/thread/user.

But the report button is better, as its sent to all mods, so you dont have to guess which mods are available/drunk/dead/buried/seducing sexy girls/rickrolling their-selves/playing with their wiiwii's

It takes all kinds of ppl to make a world, and ppl tend to do what they enjoy. It is actually quite normal for ppl to BS, it is how we as human beings casually share thought/ideas, make friends, and improve the overall attitude of the world around us. I am usually one of those kind of ppl who don't interact much since i have gotten older and the world around me has up and changed in ways that litterally scare me. It is nice to be able to be part of a community that will let you express yourself and help others at the same time.
