Problems with SSBB after installing from disc to hdd

I'm having a problem with Super Smash Bros. Brawl freezing at a certain point in the game when I try to run it from the hdd. The game runs fine from the disc and there are no scratches. I've tried deleting the game files for SSBB and re-installing them but it still freezes at the same point. I've tried using USB CFG loader and WiiFlow to install the game and still have the same result. I've tried using different cIOS selections to run the game (248, 249, 250, and 222mload) but it didn't make a difference. I have 2 other large size Wii games that run fine off of the hdd (Metroid Prime Trilogy and Metroid Other M) and a couple smaller games like Zelda Skyward Sword (that run fine as well). I've searched for this problem but everyone seems to be running SSBB without any problems.
    Background info:
Black version Wii modded using Maui Frog's guide (everything went smoothly): it was modded about a month ago and the only difference now vs then is that there is a cIOS v6 out and I modded mine with cIOS v5.
    HDD is Fat 32 formatted

I plan on installing the cIOS v6 tomorrow and see if that makes a difference.

    Here is my syscheck:

Problem Solved. I was using the default settings on every usb loader trying to get SSBB to work w/o freezing and all of them automatically decrease the size of the game file when it's copied to the hdd. I had to change that setting to copy the entire disc w/o scrubbing it. The loader that I used for that was USB loader GX and under settings, I had to change the setting from Game only partition (default setting) to All partitions. I'm still using the default IOS setting for USB loader GX (249) and I haven't had any problems. I find it odd that no one else has come across this problem.
