Sounds like a brick. Can load the HBC? If you can, follow the Softmod ANY Wii guide (link in my sig) starting with the spoiler titled "Softmods with HOMEBREW CHANNEL installed." That should fix your problem (be sure to install the patched system menu that's included in the guide). Also, I assume this is BootMii as boot2. And can you access Priiloader?

are the bootmii on the root of your sd card?
if they are you can try putting them on your computer but don't loose them or
make a new map on your sd card and put the bootmii files in there
as long that they are away from the root of your card
normaly if you now put the wii on you start up normally

Since the HBC won't load, you'll need to re-install it. Download the latest HackMii Installer (currently v0.8), extract it, and copy bootmini.dol to your SD card. Then load BootMii, select the SD card, and then navigate to and load bootmini.dol. The HackMii Installer will load; install the Homebrew Channel. Then do what I said in my previous post.

What's the error code/message? And a sysCheck would help, too.
