My hard drive is formatted WBFS, should I switch to NTFS?

I was reading now that I shouldn't have gone WBFS. Is this right?

There is nothing wrong with wbfs, but fat32 and ntfs are the preferred formats. Originally wbfs was the only option. With the continued development of cios they made fat and ntfs loading possible.
