Hi my name is Rick and I am a newbie to Wii hacking
Hi I would like to introduce myself my name is Rick.
I've been hacking consoles for a while I started with PS2's then went onto Xbox's, Nintendo DS's and Wii's (modchips)
But I have never soft modded a Wii so here I am asking a few questions.
What I would like to do is set my Wii up so I can boot ISO's from a USB harddrive, I have been searching and reading through many different tutorials and I am part way there but have hit a problem which I need help with.
I have installed the Homebrew Channel and thats working great.
I also installed BootMii as boot2 and have backed up my NAND.
I have downloaded SD/USB Loader v1.5 (Waninkoko) but when I tried to load it I got the following message
Custom IOS could not be loaded (ret =-4100)
So without knowing much about Wii's I figured I need to install a custom OS first ???
I then downloaded cIOS36_rev10-Installer
Following the instructions of a tutorial I ran this app and attempted to do a network installation.
It downloaded all the patches successfully but when it tried to install the cIOS I got the following message
Ticket ERROR (ret =-2011)
Can someone please help me with a easy to follow tutorial on how to get a USB Loader working with HBC using 3.4E firmware.
Any help would be great.

Thanks guys I found the Softmod any Wii guide.
I downloaded all required files and copied them to my 2GB SD card with the correct directory structure as shown in the guide.
I checked all Checksums and did not get any errors.
When I launch WAD Manager to install the 25 WADS I am successfully installing 24 but I continue to get 1 error with the following WAD
1OS236.WAD Content 2/15 - (-1022)
Can someone please help me with this, due to I cannot continue until all 25 WADS install correctly.
I am currently using IOS236 v6174 if that means anything.
