Can't locate backup games on usb/and no MIC detection on burned backup disc
So, I'm new and dumb. I've searched forums and added many recommended programs to homebrew.
1.) installed WII WBS manager 3.0, I take the games and try to install them to the USB flash, it says it transferred them or whatever... (The disc space changes as if it loaded) but when I put it in, and use USB loader program it does NOT show the games! I had a disc game in, and saved a copy to the usb... that loaded perfect and IT shows up and can be played.... how the heck do I take a burned BACKUP game, put them on the USB flash and get the darned things to show up so I can play them!!!!!
2.) been using Neogamma, and also downloaded and installed Hermes. When I burn a backup game to disc, they have MOSTLY all worked. However, the singing games like American Idol NEVER detect my logitech mic!? How do I get the games to detect my mic when playing the burned cd/iso/dvd disc? I used the hermes download and changed the 249 setting thingy to the recommended settings.... not that I know what they do, or what program I changed... I'm dumb when it comes to this stuff!!!! HELP!
If you do not load your original retail disks into your loader, and create your backups from that source. There is no way to know what you are using and the validity of those sources.

It's the Pizza dude
lol, ya. Even with retail games, why would it say that? NO LOGITECH MIC DETECTED..... is there a setting that could be off in NeoGamma?
Try the retail disk in the disk channel to determine if it is a game or hardware issue, or an issue with your softmod.
and if you no longer have the retail disc, and just the backup copy (sticking to forum rules.... )
Ok, let me put this in the nicest way possible.
In your previous thread, you let the genie out of the bottle. I did what I was obligated to do, in informing you of rules and legal matters.
Also realize that corporations that have a vested interest in these games, do in fact troll these forums. And I refuse to be held accountable for a member's failure to read our rules.
All of this aside. I informed you of the obvious impact of the warez community producing inferior packages of game backups, and thier affect on making it difficult to diagnose a problem.
If you think there is an issue with your softmod, you can follow the softmod any wii guide to update it.
You can look at the problematic game thread, to determine if this game needs a workaround.
You can get ahold of the retail disk, and see if it works.
I cannot help you help yourself.
