Cool Metroid Prime Trilogy (Retail Disk) video problems for I and II

Howdy all, I am a newcomer to the site, which I find to be a precious resource (and damn fun). A brief intro of me - US citizen who lives in Italy (bella vita, I guess), translator, geek, originally from NY. A nice guy, all things considered . I have a bit of a dilemma. Recently my friend gave me a copy of Metroid Prime Trilogy (retail disk, thus original and not a backup). Please don't send me to hell for that Anyways, looking at other threads has not helped my problem, which is: I load the disk normally (PAL version) with NeoGamma on my softmod 4.2. Metroid Prime 3 works just fine, but 1 and 2 have video issues (I know that 1 and 2 were for Gamecube). The top and bottom part of the screen are all screwed up, the bottom has green and black bars, while the top is all out of synch, and the middle section is clear. I tried screwing around with Neogamma settings, but really am not sure if that helps (so far it has not). I have cios 249 installed, but is this relevant with a retail disk? Anyways, all and any help is greatly appreciated as I am going buggy with this game Thanks a mil !

I think that is a problematic games section with those games. Post in Introduce Yourself, then someone will post very useful links, one I think is problematic games. So do that!
Thanks to Peire to making the awesome sig and avatar!
