10) Animal Crossing Wii
Pros- Some genuinely amusing dialog and characters, Stocking the town museum is satisfying, Great fun to play in short bursts.
Cons- A few characters repeat the same dialog ad infinitum, Dearth of new content, Date and time dictate your progression.
Critic Rating- 7.4
My Rating- 8.0
9) Boom Blox
Pros-Hundreds of puzzles, Strong competitive and co-op multiplayer, Level creator adds a ton of replay value.
Cons-Shooting gallery and escort-style levels dilute the fun, Story and characters are embarrassingly bad, Can be repetitive.
Critic Rating- 8.5
My Rating- 8.3
8) Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
Pros- Moving, intense story that will excite fans and nonfans alike, Powerful physics engine lets you execute all sorts of awesome-looking moves
Cons- Swinging your remote and Nunchuk around gets old fast, The camera can't keep up, and you get limited control of it, Stiff animations and low-fidelity sound compression dampen the story, short and frustrating.
Critic Rating- 7.0
My Rating- 7.8
7) Wii Fit
Pros- Balance board is a great new peripheral, Exercises will help your balance and strength, Beats the repetitiveness of going to the gym, Some fun balance board games, Pleasant presentation throughout.
Cons- No way to create your own exercise program, You're forced to unlock most of the activities, Some games are rather shallow, Health and fitness assessments can be problematic, Board is sensitive, but you can still cheat at exercises.

6) Call of Duty: World at War

5) World of Goo
Pros-Brilliant design loaded with gameplay depth, Varied levels sporting wide-ranging objectives and different types of goo, Quirky, surreal sense of humor, Fantastic, atmospheric soundtrack.
Cons- Wii Remote controls can't always keep up with the action, visuals aren't as vibrant as they could be, given the cartoony premise.

4) The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Critic Rating- 9.0
My Rating- 9.2
3) Mario Kart Wii
Pros- Huge number of courses, including some of the most imaginative yet, Deeply integrated online play, Easy to jump into for players of any skill level Fun and strategic trick system, Motorcycles provide a great alternative to go-karts.
Cons- Nostalgia doesn't save most of the classic courses from being boring, Items are more unbalanced than ever, especially on new tracks, Battle modes are now exclusively team-based and timed.
Critic Rating- 8.2
My Rating- 9.3
2) Super Mario Galaxy
Pros- Some of the best level designs of any 3D platformer, Beautiful, colorful graphics, Controls work just about flawlessly in nearly every situation, Soundtrack is a delight, Lots of stages and tons of stars to find and collect.

First off good job on the reviews, but may I ask why they are in two different threads?
i dunno i just wanted to so if people just want to look at the top 4 then they can skip the 10-5.
I might end up merging them togther.
the best wii game is, Taiko no tatsujin =P, simple because its easy to play with any controller, a solid game, and fun/silly *ill write a real review later*
I dont know about the rest of you but I am the biggest fan of FINAL FANTASY!!!!! I suggest everyone try out FF's My Life As A King.
Now I will admit it is a but repetative and well you cant go out and fight like in the original FF's but the game play and story make up for that in a big way.
Also it is fairly inexpensive. 1500 wii points to down load and the upgrades are really not a reqwuirement to complete the game. (but are fun to have!!)
So if you havent tried it yet give it a shot I think I spent about 80+ hours now playing and I am still at it!!
This game rocks!!! I have 3 kids aged 5-12
And let me tell you next to rock-band this is the most played game in our house. My 5 year old daughter loves this game. It kind of annopying tho when I am trying to play Driver and shes begging to play SMASH BROS.
(even more annoying is when she beats me lol)
Worth every penny!!!
