Need help possibly "reinstalling" ios 249

The other day, I was trying to install mios for GC action replay, when I realized that I didn't have a 3rd-party mem card. So I temporarily gave up on that and went back to playing regular Wii games. I loaded SSBB just like I would have any other time on ios 249, when it would load, play for about 2 seconds and say to insert the game disc (oh yeah im using cfg usb loader latest rev) so I ran it on 222 mload and that seemed to work for a bit. Now I have to switch all my games over to 222 and now some of them wont play all together. Any idea on how to fix 249?

I'll be happy to provide any additional details necessary as I know that was probably pretty choppy. Thanks ahead of time. Love this site!

Reinstalled 249 and 250 to no avail. COD: BO along with all the others won't load. Could it be a base ios?
