System files corrupted message--but everything seems to work

I have a softmodded wii (followed Mauifrog's guide to a tee--4.3U) and everything worked fine for awhile, but lately I get the "system files are corrupted" message and I have to shut off the console. If I turn it back on, things work fine again. I first noticed it coming out of Netflix, and I saw a few threads saying people tried deleting and reinstalling the Netflix channel and 2 save files (I could only find one save file plus the channel data), but I tried that and am still having the issue. Here's my syscheck--I don't know much about these, but it seems normal enough

Try re installing your system menu.
Downgrading to 4.1 is the norm.....
Try updating your mauifrog softmod and include the system menu downgrade this time. The guide has had updated cios' put into it.

So how do I just re-install the system menu only? I'd prefer not to downgrade it if possible. Everything worked fine for several months, and only recently am I getting errors. It only seems to happen when going out of Netflix to the main menu or out of CFG to the main menu, so it does seem to be a menu issue of some sort.

Your games and apps are not dependent on the system menu. 4.2 and 4.3 updates were only to kill homebrew. 4.1 is recommended. If you use the wad pack from the guide it will reinstall your system menu and update all your cIOS. That error you are getting is usually because the system menu or system IOS are corrupt. This should fix your problem.

If you don't believe me, you could have searched and found Krafter's post in this thread. I think he knows, he has over 4,000 posts and 1,000 people have thanked him.
