4.1U Banner Bricked Wii, boot2 compatible (installed I thought?!), help?!

I have a 4.1U banner bricked Wii. It gets to the health & safety screen and the "press A" never appears.

This wii was bought at release, and I installed a modchip then, whatever the first one released was, I can't remember at this point.

I'm able to boot into WadManager from a SD card using the cboot2/WAD manager zips found on this board. I also hacked a GC controller for a savemiifrii, however I can't get any of the discs (UUD2, AutoBoot ARC) to boot, the discs spin up, it says 4.1(USA) in the left corner of the screen, and they just don't boot up.

I tried to do this on my own with the help of the guides here but I'm out of options at this point.

    Any ideas?

Do you have the channel wad that bannerbricked your wii?

1- DL cboot2 to your sd card, this is a cboot2 bootmii folder and a startup.elf file
2- DL wii mod 2.6, extract the wii mod files directly to the root of your sd card. You should have wii mod as sd:\boot.dol
3- Boot the wii, wii mod will load. If you have the bad wad uninstall it with the wad manager.
If you do not know what is bannerbricking your wii, go to wii mod "Advanced" menu, select any title deleter. The bannerbrick channel will be under "Installed Channels", go there and delete the bad channel or delete them all. It is safe to delete everything except system titles and hidden channels. So don't delete your system menu and don't delete ios.
If that does not help, do chapter 2 of my softmod guide.

Your disc do not load via modchip because your system ios is not patched, but you can load cboot2 so you don't need to use disc.
