I'm having quite a bit of trouble locating Mymenuify themes for my System Menu.
It would seem that half the places I have located on the subject link to wadder.net, which is down; while the the other half are links to wad files or people being told off for being too nooby.
btw: I have System Menu 4.3u, Priiloader, HBC and BootMii as IOS.
I'm not too keen on using wads to change my System Menu theme if I can avoid it, as doing so apparently removes access to Priiloader.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a good location where I can find System Menu themes which can be installed via MyMenuify?

My menuify is a very dangerous app, i know u probably don't want to hear this but if u don't have bootmii boot2 i wouldnt even attempt it. Anyway i think u will find it difficult to find 4.3 themes as most people downgrade to 4.1 but if your really determined to do it then have a look here it may help u out.
As I understand it, Mymenuify only modifies one file (or some such,) and that the worst to happen with it would be a banner brick. As Priiloader can recover from a banner brick, I can recover from installing a bad theme so long as Priiloader still functions.

So fiddling with your system menu and the way your wii boots isn't dangerous. Google hosts a great search feature.....
As pob said there aren't many themes for 4.3. You will have to make a csm file from a mym file.

If you really want to install a theme, I suggest you get the MYM file from a trusted source, like HERE!
Download the theme MYM file you want for your region, then click on "small tutorial", and that will show
you how to make a CSM file for your 4.3 SM. Make sure you follow it exactly!
NOTE: Some themes have been known to remove priiloader, as well as banner bricking your Wii !
That is why we suggest you only try it if you have Bootmii as Boot2!
But, it's your Wii, so don't say we didn't warn you if you brick!
Safety of System Menu Themes
I have some thoughts about themes. I've been working on this for awhile. If anyone (well, mostly the moderators) feels this post isn't relevant enough to the above posts, I can move this to a new thread instead.
For about a year, I have collected information about system menu themes. I have larned how dangerous they can be without Bootmii installed as boot2. I have taken every caution and/or warning I have encountered in this site to heart - especially those from senior members and moderators.
I have a bundle of 4.2U themes I have collected from multiple sites. I feel I have done enough testing with them to determine they are safe to install on the correct system menu and region.
I started my testing by installing them on the Dolphin emulator. I tested the themes on Dolphin that the program could handle without crashing (as it can only handle smaller themes). I encountered no problems on Dolphin.
After having 100% success with Dolphin (on the smaller themes of course), I have tested all of the themes in my bundle on a 4.2U console with Bootmii installed as boot2, and most of them on a second console with the same system menu and Bootmii as boot2.
I encountered only one problem with the themes I installed that were tested to work - on one (and only one) of the consoles I tested, I noticed that even valid themes sometimes produced a black screen instead of booting to the system menu after a hard reset. The system menu at this time was still very accessable; I sometimes may have had to reboot the console, but I could always get to it without the use of any safety systems. I did not notice this problem on Dolphin. Is this normal behavior for system menu themes?
This problem made me think... Are there items other than the system menu version and region that needed to be taken into account such as installed IOSs?
Based on this testing, it looks as if all themes in my bundle are valid, and have been installed on the correction system menu version. To top this, Priiloader never disappeared during any of my testing. Can I expect the same results on other consoles with the same system menu, or do themes behave erratically and are they unpredictable?
I heard about the issue with Priiloader disappearing, and I only heard of that happening when the user messed with the brlan/ brylt animation files. I don't expect a result like that vary from console to console. Please tell me if you think otherwise.
Now, here's the purpose for all of the above details...
I have a newer console also at system menu 4.2U, unable to install Bootmii as boot2. I did however install Bootmii as IOS and Priiloader. I ask now if based on this testing, if it would be relatively safe to install any tested system menu theme on this console. To put this in perspective, would installing a valid theme be no more dangerous than installing an IOS?
To address the abundant warnings I see posted all over this site about system menu themes: would you recommend a more experienced user who you know knows their way around themes to avoid them without Bootmii as boot2? Or, do most of these warnings mostly apply to those who are less experienced and are prone to silly mistakes such as installing an mym file?
I feel I have a slightly unusual situation, as I have access to both an older and newer Wii at the same system menu version and region, and I have never heard any forum discuss testing themes in this manner.
I know my way around making system themes, safety guidelines for system menu themes, and I can test them on a real Wii. Do you still think I should avoid installing them on the newer console without Bootmii as boot2, or have I done more safety testing than anyone has ever expected, and may (relatively) safely install a verified system menu theme? I'm not asking anyone to make the decision for me, just a judgement call.

Even they you're lucky to find any help since themes are such a risk of bricks.
Wow, thank you for responding so quickly!
I know Priiloader is not enough... however, after exiting a theme installer, the program bounces you to the Homebrew Channel. From there it's possible to run Priiloader after installing the theme and before returning to the system menu. Would it be safe to install Priiloader over itself? And in this case, is there still a chance it may fail to boot?
Just out of curiosity, how often has this Priiloader been known to disappear?

Dont mess with themes if you dont have bootmii as boot2. If you do, be prepared to spend time reading the bricked forum. Prii installs itself as part of the system menu; basically short-circuits the "boot sequence" to hit prii first. If you botch up your system menu theres a good chance you may botch prii too.
It is not worth the risk. Theme your loader if you need to.
I hope I never have to tell you I told you so.
We don't have statistics, only headaches from the MANY users who have bricked from themes some of which had boot2. Avoid them like the plauge without boot2 and nand backup.
