So I bricked my wii long ago....

My wii was soft moddedm years ago, I think it was version 4.0 or 4.01 dunno, then one day it couldn't play games, so I was like, Hell yeah ima go re-soft mod it. I dled a mod for v4.2, I don't remember what the name was, all I remember is that it asked me t put some files on a momory chip, then go to this place, and some how unplug and replug it in or some stuff then load this file.

I got this black screen and some letters, I think. Then it rebooted, but didn't go past a black screen.

Does anyone got any idea on what I can do? All I know is that i tried soft modding a soft modded wii with w/e 4.0 thingy that was in it, with something meant for 4.2.

    ps. thanks

Well, first thing I would do, is check how many times the disc drive light flashes when you power it on. If it flashes twice, you can use this guide to fix things: Fully Brick, Bootmii/boot2 installed but No Nand Backup? Solution Here!. If not, I would check for priiloader, by holding reset when powering on. If priiloader is not installed, I would try savemiifrii.
Awesome sig picture does not work
