Don't know if I should update CIOS, afraid of bricking

Hi there. So there are some games that I haven't been able to play properly. I've updated my usbloader and such so I assume it's a cios issue. Here's the syscheck, I'd love some feedback about which I should update or if I should leave them as is and keep checking to find out how to play those games.

everything looks ok, what games are giving you problems?

Metroid Prime 3 won't get past the initial loading screen and Brawl will randomly freeze at the character selection screen (I found that it does this every single time with king dedede. Going to try and find another iso of it or a disc to rip it but everything else works just perfectly so I dunno) and Monster Hunter Tri

Those are the only two off the top of my head, I'll go test out the others in a bit.

    Metroid Prime 3
    This needs a alt dol...
Going into usb loader and select the alt dol for which game you want to play.

Have a look here http://www.wiihacks.com/software-bac...logy-work.html and you may get an idea.

These days with the newer usb loaders you can just select the alt dol in the loaders settings and you don't have to extract them with wiiscrubber or rename them.

    Monster Hunter http://www.wiihacks.com/wii-games/56...ter-3-tri.html

Check this thread out for all problematic games http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-gu...solutions.html

    Next time do a search....
