you need the application Wad Manager to install the .wad files.

you need the Backup Launcher Gamma to play .ISO images burned to a disc.

Hey, i'm also new here, and to the wii. my question is... from .iso to .wad, can it be done??? learning as i go, i've installed a few channels of my nintendo classics via the T.P. hack, hbc and wad manager and downgraded to 3.2. i've also wirelessly ripped one of my wii games but i'd rather convert the .iso to a .wad to make it a channel i can just load and unload from an SD. i don't like switching discs much. they don't last long in my house with the kids and such. Is there a way? HELP ME, HELP ME PLEASE!!

As most games are 4.7Gb and the maximum SD card size supported is 2Gb.......... in short NO
Have you used the search function ? used the Tutorial section ?

Did you know you can donate to help the running of this forum ?

hey guess what? the wii only has 512mb of memory. if you were harry potter i guess you could squeeze a 4.7gb file in...

quite true, but doesn't HB channel allow you larger SD card (HCSD) support? you could go for a 32 GB one then.

sort of, a lot of cards still don't read past 2Gb so the rest is wasted (for now)
