Problem with recent softmodded wii - Constant Freezing

    Hey guys!

A few days ago I softmodded my 4.3E wii using mauifrog's 'Softmod ANY Wii' guide.
I followed this step by step as explained, dint receive any errors throughout the process and everyone went 100% as it should have (as far as i know).

I am using a Samsung 1TB Story 3.5" External Harddrive partitioned for seperate WBFS and FAT32 drives. I have successfully ripped 5-6 games onto the harddrive using either CFG Loader or the GX Loader, no trouble there either.

My problem occurs when i try and load these games, as well as when i boot a few of the homebrew apps. Sometimes It will freeze immediately in a black screen, other times it will freeze on a loading screen. Either way I end up having to reset my wii from the console.

Very rarely will the game actually work. However the which games decide to work is very unpredictable.

    I run them of ISO249 rev 21 I believe..

    Here is my sysCheck:

I have tried to include as much information as I can on the issue..

If someone could point me in the right direction to fixing this problem, or even to a tutorial that will help me solve this I would be greatly appreciative!

its possable your hdd is not compatable link in my signature for compatability list try have the hdd on 1 partition for eg FAT32 and load the games on 222 or 224 if you want to carry on loading from 249 then you need to update it as rev 17 wont work on fat 32

Yea I made sure that the hdd was compatible beforehand

After having another look, i believe i am using rev 17 atm, how would i go about loading games on 222 or 224? Is that just through the USB Loader settings or something else?
