I'm a bit worried that I may have had got things wrong along the lines somewhere, when I softmodded my Wii.
I am about 80% confident I haven't, but I was wondering if you could assure me.

^Qoes that Look "Normal"
I followed most of GAF's guides to help me hack my wii(How to get started if your really dumb), which I found were really concisive, clear, organised, and well thought out.
I used them to restore the Trucha Bug on my wii, and enable me to use the CFG USB Loader so i can play the games(I own), from a USB stick. Thing is, I didn't restore the Trucha Bug in the cIOS's that GAF point's out need changing/modifying/adding the first time I hacked my wii, which is kind of my first question.
(removed none wiihacks guide)
^Qoes that matter?
Also, I made the Big no-no mistake of Listening to a Guide on youtube.
It was a guide that, if followed, was suppose to enable the Gamer to use an Action Replay APP in the Homebrew Channel. I went cross-eyed, trying to fathom how it could possibly work, so I just gave up my comprehension of the mechanics of what might actually be happening, and just rolled with it, follow the YT guide.
(removed failtube link to cheating)
Please, at this point, dont go "Oh, you listened to a YT guide, well I'm not helping you then"
I downloaded the package, put the bits and peices in the SD card where the video stated they belonged. The package contains quite harmless, non-IOS modifying things like AR Loader 1.14 NuGaSa, some and GCI save files. But it also contained a MIOS patcher, and a "cIOS rev 21" Patcher. Both its MIOS and "Alternate" patchers failed to opperate, but its cIOS rev 21 worked a treat. I had Previously used a cIOS rev 20 patcher, that I got from GAF, which leads me to my next question.
Q:Are cIOS patchers universal? They are all made by waninoko, right?
(The Patcher that I got from the Megaupload link in the YT video, when loaded in hombrew displayed the same "graphical signature", I.E. it looked aesthetically identical to the pop-up boxes for the cIOS rev 20 patcher I got from GAF.
Q: Will I have problems down the line, by patching IOS 249, as before I patched it, It was a stub. I mean could I probably take a blanket guess, and say "No", right?
Q: I gave up with the MIOS patchers, because they didn't work, so I just used Dop-Mii, to downgrade my MIOS from V10 to V4, will I have problems down the line? (I think I may have used my newly installed/patched IOS 249, for that, I cant quite remember)
