Legal Actions on Hacking Wiis, Jailbreaking PS3s and iPods

I have read that GeoHot (George Hotz, is it?) has been taken to court by Sony for violating multiple terms for jailbreaking a PS3 (First of all, it's their fault for missing such an exploit. It was stupid on their part) by using an iPod Touch attempting to run Android.

Earlier, saurik, father or jailbreaking, had been brought into court. Thanks to him, iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad jailbreaking is confirmed legal.

Now, from what I've seen, both companies, Apple and Sony alike have been taking disciplinary actions, attempted to halt the modding of their devices.

But... Nintendo comes into play, for they have tried to stop Team Twiizers with various patches and updates.

But, they haven't taken any serious action as Sony and Apple have.

Does Nintendo see us as lower beings? People to not be bothered with like Apple did and Sony is?

Or are they stirring up something to take us down, hard?

    Discuss.

Nintendo don't want to mess with the customers that made them rich.

Maybe the big N realizes that the lawsuit itself would cost more than the hardware is worth. The Wii in and of itself is very basic. If it was capable of more it would be worth more. All it has going for it now is some fancy motion controls of which arent so fancy by today's standards anymore. It has no real DLC potential, therefore it isn't a threat like the other hardware mentioned above.

YAWN. I'm not sure this is some nutty conspiracy theory or if you're that bored.

    There's nothing Wii-related to discuss.

Quite frankly, it's just a theory.

    There's nothing Wii-related to discuss.
Doesn't need to be. I mean the situation described above.

Maybe because big N is going to release the Wii 2 soon, and is concentrating
on that, rather than chasing people for hacking an old console!
Besides,I think sony and apple take themselves too seriously.
