WiiWare not working. Mighty channels & ISO forwarder

I have solved my problem. setting my FAT32 to Active, Not WBFS!
Hi everyone, i plead for your help! So i'm having a little trouble in getting WiiWare to work on my console.
I have Followed these two guides :-

http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-gu...ers-guide.html
AND
http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-gu...re-sd-usb.html

and i cant get it working at all.

For mighty channels i installed the Recommended:
cIOS240[55]-v21d2xbeta5
cIOS241[53]-v21d2xbeta5

and used this meta.xml
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<app version="1.0">
<name>Mighty Channels</name>
<version>11</version>
<release_date>201101250000</release_date>
<coder>Marc</coder>
<short_description>USB/SD Channel loader</short_description>
<arguments>
<arg>ios=240</arg> Tried 241, 249
<arg>auto=USB</arg>
<arg>partition=2</arg>
<arg>path=/nand</arg>
</arguments>
<no_ios_reload/>
</app>
When i start mighty channels i pick usb Nand and i get this -
Error: I can't get title list. ret=1. I press a button on the wiimote and it takes me to the main screen.

For the ISO forwarder i used showmiiwads and wad2iso, then when i try to use CFG or usb loader GX V.2 r1038 and i choose the game (world of goo) i get a blank screen and 10 - 15 seconds later i'm back at the main screen. I have tried to change which ios the game uses in CFG. my options are 245 to 250, 222,223,224 - mload and 222,223 -yal. none of them work.
