Use wbfs manager to format your flash drive. Plug it into your wii and rip a game to it using one of the usb loaders (cfg, wiiflow, gx, uloader). It's pretty simple.

You should also INTRODUCE YOURSELF like you were instructed to do twice in your other post! You will get a bunch of useful links in your welcome message. The message will also have a link to the rules< I sugget you read those as well.

This question was just asked in your other post

If I recall, WiiFlow can read a FAT32 Drive as long as it has a folder named 'wbfs'. However, I may be mistaken.

And USB Loader GX is unstable, and has lately been bricking Wiis.

They can all load off of a fat32 format. GX is NOT unstable. This poster is just being lazy and hoping to be spoonfed, so I kept my answer as simple as needed for the info he/she supplied.

We have guides for this. One for WBFS format, one for FAT32 and one for NTFS. Look in the guides section and follow the one you like. If you have questions about the guide after reading it then ask in the guide.
