I actidently installed these patches in IOS 60 when modding it.

    Neogamma Channel - R8
I still dont understand how as i triple check everything. But i did. I then installed them in IOS 249.
Its says IOS 249 (Rev 17) on the bottom of the neogamma channel. If that is what u mean .And What IOS did u used for playing?

Maybe u can try to update the neogamma to the R9 Beta 47

Just delete the old neogamma from the "app" folder in SD and copy the new one from here NeoGamma R9 Beta 47
the channel version Neogamma R9 Beta 47 Channel [WAD] NGBT

If you still having problem with the neogamma maybe you could try what he said

    if you have USB HDD

I'm using neogamma R9 Beta 47 and using CIOS249 Rev 20 right now. I'm using wii US version so it is "NTSC" but i still can play "PAL games" using neogamma perfectly.
And you can try to update your homebrew channel to 1.08 and update IOS 58 too
